Hang live chickens in moving shackles;
Use and maintain personal protective equipment (PPE);
Comply with company policies and animal welfare guidelines;
Pick up chickens by their thighs and ensure feet are securely caught on shackles;
Control hydraulic bar with leg for continuous flow of product;
All other duties as assigned
