Shipping Lead 1st Shift

• Provide guidance to employees in the shipping department.
• Ongoing communication with department management and employees to ensure shipping needs are met.
• Check shipping area and equipment for issues or damage.
• Ensure Standard Operating Procedures are documented and properly followed.
• Ensure employees wear proper Personal Protective Equipment.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Forklift experience with both sitting and standing forklifts.
• Well-organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work assigned hours, including weekends, and availability to work a flexible schedule when needed.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong computer skills:
  Windows PC, MS Excel, MS Office Suite and related applications.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Good math skills.
• Good people skills.

Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
