- Responsibilities:
Administer medications following the six rights (resident, drug, dosage, time, route, record);
Maintain and document on the Medication Administration Record (MAR) after administering, refusing, or adjusting medications;
Keep medication cart/cabinet organized and restock as needed;
Provide treatments per individual service plans for residents;
Observe residents for adverse reactions and report to Wellness Nurse or supervisor;
Maintain confidentiality of residents' records and protect privacy;
Respond to resident calls and emergencies according to policy;
Communicate changes in resident condition to Wellness Nurse and team;
Attend required training and staff meetings
