Wayne Farms is seeking a QA Supervisor for Retail/Value operations overseeing the QA team in poultry processing and disassembly, with focus on HACCP, SSOPs, GMPs and regulatory compliance. You will drive product safety, quality and process improvements while coordinating with Operations to meet production goals and customer specs.
The role requires leadership experience in food manufacturing, knowledge of USDA and OSHA guidelines, and a strong ability to mentor staff in a fast-paced environment.
