Automobile Dealership Sales Manager

Overview

We are seeking a Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales management and a passion for driving results.

• Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to maintain and expand the customer base
• Negotiate contracts and close agreements with customers
• Utilize CRM tools to track sales activities and performance
• Provide exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
• Lead by example, demonstrating effective leadership skills to motivate and inspire the sales team

• Proven experience in managing sales teams
• Strong negotiation skills with a focus on closing deals
• Leadership qualities with the ability to mentor and develop sales professionals
• Proficiency in Salesforce or other CRM software
• Background in technology sales is a plus
• Ability to analyze market data and trends to drive strategic decisions
