B2B Account Executive – Custom Supplement Manufacturing

Compensation: $100,000 – $250,000+ (Base + Uncapped Commission)

We own a state-of-the-art supplement manufacturing facility. We help top fitness brands, influencers, and Amazon sellers scale their custom-formulated supplement lines from $50k/month to millions.

We are looking for a hungry, high-output B2B closer who wants to make life-changing money. If you can close, we will supply you with the infrastructure, and the back-end execution. You just need to look and close the deals.

• Dial and Pitch:
  Follow up with warm inbound leads from our marketing and aggressively outbound to mid-market supplement brands.
• Consultative Selling:
  Understand their formulation needs, margins, MOQs (Minimum Order Quantities), and supply chain pain points.
• Close Contracts:
  Move prospects from initial call to signed manufacturing agreement.
• Hit Your Numbers:
  Expected quota is $250k in monthly recurring manufacturing (tooling) volume per month.

• You have 2+ years of B2B closing experience with a documented track record of hitting or exceeding quotas.
• You are bulletproof to rejection. Nos give you feedback; yeses give you commission.
• You are a master communicator who can command a Zoom call with a business owner doing $5M+ a year.
• You don't make excuses; you make adjustments.
