Foreman Telecom Aerial

Overview

Telecom Aerial Foreman at Trawick Construction Company, LLC oversees the installation, maintenance, and repair of aerial telecom systems, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance. Acts as the on-site expert, guiding and supporting crew members.

• Ensure successful installation of fiber/telecom cables, materials, or support structures according to relevant codes, regulations, and customer requirements.
• Safely use equipment such as bucket trucks, digger derricks, and excavators.
• Maintain safe work areas and manage traffic flow on the job site.
• Safely work at heights using climbing hooks and ladders.
• Safely use hand tools and power tools (wrenches, drills, saws).
• Provide guidance and support to others as needed.
• Be ready to travel for storm response on short notice.
• Complete daily work orders and crew checks to document productivity and safety compliance.
• Other duties as assigned.

• To be 18 years of age or older.
• Authorization to work in the United States for this company.
• High School Diploma, GED equivalent, or relevant work experience.
• Valid state driver’s license (not provisional), with acceptable driving record.
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical exam, resulting in a valid medical card.
• At least 3 years of related work experience.
• To be a certified pole climber or be willing to become certified.
• CDL Class “A” driver license is preferred.

• Routinely: work with arms above shoulder level, at heights in confined spaces, and alone in remote locations; operate vehicle and heavy machinery; use ladders; bend, stoop, stand, walk, climb stairs; lift objects greater than 55 pounds.
• Occasionally: use keyboard and mouse.
