Mound - Nanny

- Mound Family Needs Full Time Nanny!

Start Date: October 1, 2026

Location: Mound

Children: 2 children ages 6yrs and 4 yrs

Schedule: 30-40 hours per week (guaranteed minimum of 35 hours/week). Primarily Monday-Friday with occasional ad-hoc weeknights or weekends.

Salary: $24-$29/hour (depending on experience and education)

• Childcare & Enrichment: Dive into daily outdoor adventures, plan engaging activities, foster independence, and manage hygiene and bathing routines using gentle, consistent parenting frameworks like 1-2-3 Magic.
• Household Support: Prepare nutritious children's and family meals, handle family and children's laundry, tackle light housekeeping, vacuuming, and tidying.
• Errands & Pet Care: Run household errands, handle grocery shopping, and pitch in with loving care for Nola, our 3 year old English black lab.

Dad works from home a couple of days a week and travels occasionally, while Mom works about 4 days a week, making open and honest communication essential for this team.
