MG Recruiting is partnering with a solid, well-respected GC that’s adding a Project Coordinator to their team.
If you’re the type of person who loves organization, keeping projects on track, and being the go-to support for PMs and Superintendents — this could be a great fit.
What you’d be doing:- Supporting Project Managers with day-to-day project flow
- Managing submittals, RFIs, change orders, and documentation
- Coordinating with subcontractors and vendors
- Tracking invoices, budgets, and project schedules
- Helping keep everything organized from kickoff to closeout
You’ll be the operational glue that keeps projects moving.
What they’re looking for:- 2–5+ years in construction coordination or project admin
- Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and Microsoft Office
- Strong communication and follow-through
- Comfortable juggling multiple moving pieces
- Experience working for a GC is a big plus
- Construction Management degree is helpful — not required.
