Job Title: Teller/Customer Service Representative

Responsible for providing individualized and comprehensive services to retail and commercial customers. Successful candidate will assess customers' banking needs and recommend appropriate products and services. Responsible for assisting customers and tellers with daily job objectives including new account opening and other duties to ensure the branch runs smoothly and efficiently. Pay range: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour. Benefits include:

• Process transactions, open new accounts, respond to customer inquiries, and recommend bank products and services.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions, including approving transactions, preparing reports, researching, and resolving issues.
• Assist customers with bank technology applications; provide assistance with installation, training and troubleshooting of all internet & mobile banking, mobile deposits, merchant capture, ACH and other e-banking products and services.
• Maintain accurate customer records.
• Process night drop deposits.
• Process daily work and maintain a teller drawer as needed.
• Thoroughly understand and adhere to customer service expectations.
• Reconcile customer bank statements upon request.
• Assist customers with ATM and debit card questions/issues.
• Perform account maintenance (name & address changes, adding/removing owners or signers on accounts, check reorders, stop payments, etc.).
• Promote a positive image of the bank through community involvement and participation in community events within the communities we serve.
• Perform other duties as directed by management.

• 3-5 years of prior banking experience.
