Facility Overview: Harrison Bay is a Lifespark Senior Living Community located in Mound, MN near Lake Minnetonka. The community includes 72 units across memory care, assisted living, and independent living. We seek compassionate staff to support residents and help them age magnificently.

Shift: Full Time PM (2:00pm-10:15pm)

Wage: HHA: $17.00 – $22.00 (based on experience) | CNA: $19.00 – $24.00 (based on experience)

Sign‑On Bonus: $1500 for full‑time position

• Provide direct care to residents of all genders, recognizing individual needs and encouraging independence while treating them with respect and dignity.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, and mobility.
• Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
• Assist with medication administration as directed.

• Experience in an assisted living community.
