Harrison Bay, a Lifespark Senior Living Community, is looking for a CNA, HHA, & Caregiver (full-time PM) to join our growing team!
Harrison Bay Senior Living is a beautiful facility, located in Mound, MN. It is located right off Commerce Blvd, right by Lake Minnetonka. It’s a lakeside work environment, with 72 total units between memory care, assisted living, and independent living. The team at Harrison Bay is creative, fun, and most of all help our resident Age Magnificently!
Position: CNA/HHA/Caregivers with $1500 Sign-On Bonus
HHA Wage: $17.00/hour - $22.00/hour, wage is based on experience
CNA Wage: $19.00/hour - $24.00/hour, wage is based on experience
Service Area: 1861 Commerce Boulevard, Mound, MN 5536
Schedule: Full-time and part-time available

Duties & Responsibilities:
- CNA’s and HHA’s provide direct care to all genders of residents, recognize individual needs, encourage independence, and treat each resident with respect and dignity.
- Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, positioning, transferring, mobility, and other personal care needs as described on the plan of care.
- Engage residents in meaningful conversations and provide attentive care.
- Assist with medication administration.
- Experience in an assisted living community is preferred.
- Strong interest in healthcare.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
