Job Title: Evening Resident Care Specialist (CNA / HHA / DSP / PCA) | Assisted Living & Memory Care

Location: Nagel Assisted Living | Waconia, MN

Schedule:
Full-Time or Part-Time | 2:00 PM - 10:30 PM |
Every Other Weekend

Compensation: $19.00 - $25.00 per hour +
Evening Shift Differential

• $19.00 - $25.00 per hour based on experience.

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, toileting, dining, and other ADLs.
• Support residents during evening routines and activities.
• Build meaningful relationships with residents and their families.
• Promote resident independence, dignity, and quality of life.
• Monitor resident well-being and communicate changes to nursing staff.
• Document care accurately and support a safe environment.
• Work collaboratively with caregivers, nurses, and leadership team members.
• Help create a warm, welcoming atmosphere residents are proud to call home.

• Experience as a CNA, HHA, DSP, PCA, Resident Assistant, or Caregiver is helpful but not required.
• Passion for working with older adults and serving others.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Reliable attendance and positive attitude.
• Desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a strong team culture.
• Commitment to providing resident-centered care with compassion and respect.
