Hiawatha Implement Company is seeking a Service Operations’ Manager for our Mound City, MO, location.
This position supports the day-to-day operations of the Service Department
, working closely with the Service Manager to ensure efficient execution of service activities. Responsibilities include managing customer inquiries; supporting service technicians; and assisting with the opening, execution, and closing of Repair Orders using John Deere computer systems
