Metro Lakes Marina & Rentals is seeking a dynamic and organized Head of Marketing & Business Administration to lead our marketing efforts while ensuring smooth business operations. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in both creative and administrative environments and enjoys working in a vibrant, customer-focused marina setting.
- Develop and manage marketing automation campaigns
, including email marketing strategies to drive engagement and bookings - Oversee and grow our social media presence across platforms with engaging, on-brand content
- Plan and execute events and promotions to attract customers and enhance community engagement
- Ensure full compliance with licenses, permits, and regulatory requirements
- Track marketing performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly
- Collaborate with leadership on business growth initiatives and operational improvements
- Maintain organized records and administrative processes
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field required
- Strong expertise in Market Planning and Marketing Management
- Proven ability to conduct Market Research and analyze trends
- Experience in Sales and business growth strategies
- Public Relations knowledge and ability to foster positive external relations
- Excellent organizational and operational management skills
- Strong leadership abilities with experience in managing teams
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Background in water recreation, hospitality, or marina management is a plus
