About the role
This role is truly part-time, with most shifts lasting 4 to 6 hours per day, 3 or more days per week.
- We will confirm availability, along with shift days and times, early in the interview process.
- Team members will be informed in advance of any schedule changes.
- Our patients depend on the plasma we collect, so reliability during scheduled hours is greatly valued.
- These part-time roles are designed with the understanding that flexibility on both sides is important.
- Answer phones and greet donors, ensuring donor and team safety.
- Screen new and repeat donors and take & record donor vital signs and finger‑stick results.
- Use the Donor Information System, prepare donor charts, maintain accurate records, and coordinate donor compensation.
- Identify operational improvement opportunities and initiate changes to center processes using company‑approved procedures.
- Support donors by working a variety of shifts, including Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to walk and/or stand for the entire work shift.
- Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lean, bend, stoop, crouch, reach above shoulders and below knees.
- Ability to lift up to 5 lbs, occasionally up to 32 lbs, rarely 50 lbs.
- Fine‑motor coordination, depth perception, and ability to hear equipment from a distance.
- Potential exposure to blood borne pathogens (risk level
1); 90% of work tasks require prolonged glove wear. - At least 1 year of experience in a customer‑ or patient‑facing role.

U.S. Starting Hourly Wage: $18.00
The starting hourly wage reflects the actual starting rate for this position. The wage offered will be in accordance with state or local minimum wage requirements for the job location.
