10 is currently seeking a Program Manager with Process Improvement experience for a Global Medical Technology Company located in Mounds View, MN. This is a contract opportunity. Must be able to go on site 4 days a week.
This role involves planning, performing, and implementing process improvement initiatives like Lean or Six Sigma within a regulated environment. The ideal candidate will lead cross‑functional project teams, develop performance metrics, and analyze data to identify the root cause of problems and drive improvements in process and product quality.
W-2 hourly rate of $80-85 an hour- this client is w-2 only consultants Responsibilities- Plan, perform and implement process improvement initiatives (such as Lean or Six Sigma)
- Diagram and evaluate existing processes
- Organize, lead and facilitate cross-functional project teams
- Develop metrics that provide data for process measurement, identifying indicators for future improvement opportunities
- Collect data to identify root cause of problems
- Measure performance against process requirements
- Provide consultation on the use of re-engineering techniques to improve process performance and product quality
- May deliver presentations and training courses including measurement, analysis, improvement and control
- Communicate team progress and perform cost and benefit analyses
- Bachelor's degree is required
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant program management experience
- Experience working in regulated environments
- Proven experience leading complex projects across multiple teams (e.g., quality, engineering, regulatory, manufacturing)
- Experience working within regulated quality systems such as ISO 13485 or FDA Quality System Regulation (21 CFR Part 820)
- Hands‑on experience with continuous improvement methodologies such as root cause analysis, Lean or Six Sigma
- Experience supporting complaint handling, quality management systems, or post‑market engineering
- Experience working across global or cross‑functional teams
- Strong stakeholder management
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
