Product Owner - Device Management (MDM)

As Product Owner of Device Management, you will be accountable for understanding and prioritizing product lines with their needs for Device Management platforms in the feature backlog, then allocating the appropriate features to the roadmap based on the defined AC&M product vision.

• Accountable for intake of needs from Marketing and connecting with customers to understand value and problems to solve.
• Work with Global IT Device Management teams to implement features as required by the product roadmap.
• Engage deeply with customers and internal product owners to translate feedback into desired feature behaviors.
• Ensure Agile releases build the right things and build them right.
• Apply a customer‑centric mindset and design‑thinking tools to guide releases toward solutions that are desirable, viable, feasible, and sustainable.
• Understand the product roadmap vision, themes, and quantified value definitions.
• Identify problems to be solved, using design‑thinking principles.
• Manage and prioritize the team backlog aligned to customer and stakeholder needs.
• Collaborate with Device Management architects to define technical and design discovery for features.
• Collect input and insights from customers, stakeholders, and the scrum team to evaluate value and make informed decisions.
• Help Health Cast portfolio innovate digital solutions in medical and home‑care space through systems thinking.
• Collaborate with leaders to ensure successful development, release, and launch of world‑class products across distributed teams.

• 5+ years of technical experience with Device Management platforms (e.g., Workspace One, Air Watch).
• 5+ years in the medical device industry in systems, digital, or software development with a proven track record.
• Experience with 5+ major product or portfolio releases; regulation familiarity is a plus.
• Experience managing multiple products simultaneously, ensuring quality and releasable outputs.
• Strong understanding of system behavior, engineering problems, and technical/architectural constraints.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to convince stakeholders of value.
• Knowledge of Agile methodology is desirable.

• Minimum 5+ years technical understanding of Device Management.
• Minimum 5+ years experience in medical device industry with proven track record.
• Experience in regulated product industry is a plus.
