A Day in the LifeAs a Product Owner, you will work with the Product Design team to advance existing technology or introduce new technology and therapies in Digital Health. You will collaborate with key stakeholders to understand needs, prioritize features, and define and deliver features in the backlog. You will build tight collaboration and a culture of trust within the Digital Health organization.
Responsibilities- Accountable for intake of needs from Marketing and closely connecting with the customer to understand value and problems to solve.
- Deep engagement with the customer to understand their needs and build feature behavior based on feedback.
- Ensure Agile releases continually build the right things.
- Apply a customer‑centric mindset and design‑thinking tools to guide product releases toward desirable, viable, feasible, and sustainable solutions.
- Understand themes, vision, roadmap, and quantified value as defined by Marketing.
- Identify problems to be solved and drive design‑thinking processes.
- Manage and prioritize the team backlog aligned with customer and stakeholder needs.
- Collaborate with architects to define technical and design discovery requirements.
- Gather input from customers, stakeholders, and the Scrum team to evaluate value.
- Work with Business Analyst to ensure solutions are understood and aligned with features.
- Work with UI/UX Designer to ensure design meets customer needs.
- Help Health Cast portfolio innovate digital solutions through systems thinking.
- Collaborate across teams for high‑quality products that customers love.
- Coordinate with leaders to ensure successful development, release, and launch of world‑class products.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years experience in the medical device industry in systems, digital, or software development with a proven track record.
- Knowledge of Agile methodology.
- Experience leading 5+ major product or portfolio releases.
- Experience in a regulated product industry is a nice to have.
- Ability to quickly understand complex system behaviors, engineering problems, technical and architectural constraints.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an aptitude for convincing others of the value of ideas.
