• Memphis, Tennessee This role will require 10% of travel to enhance collaboration and ensure successful completion of projects. As an IT Project Lead, you will lead the coordination and execution of assigned project activities for enterprise and cross functional initiatives. Take ownership of day to day project management tasks for initiatives within Enterprise Architecture, Global Functions, and the SAP organization, working under the direction of senior project managers or program leaders.

The role is also responsible for driving execution across a variety of project types, including application development, systems integration, operational and process improvements, and application upgrades or deployments. The IT Project Lead will own the creation, maintenance, and accuracy of core project artifacts, including effort estimates, high level planning materials, cost tracking, work plans, resource plans, and project schedules. Proactively identify, document, and track project risks, issues, and dependencies, perform initial analysis, and recommend mitigation actions for review.

You will prepare and deliver regular project status communications to team members and stakeholders, escalate risks and issues appropriately, and ensure assigned deliverables are completed in alignment with defined scope, schedule, and budget expectations.
