Position: Sr IT Project Manager - PMO (Security)
Join a dynamic team as a Senior IT Project Manager, where you'll lead innovative projects in cybersecurity modernization. This fully remote role offers the chance to manage significant initiatives in disaster recovery and platform implementation.
Responsibilities

• Lead the delivery of solutions, ensuring successful planning, testing, and support.
• Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
• Oversee project teams and third-party vendors to achieve project milestones and deliverables.
• Facilitate collaboration across functions to address challenges during project development.
• Monitor project progress and maintain high delivery standards.
• Communicate project updates and risks to executives and stakeholders regularly.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards, regulatory requirements, and company policies.
• Conduct quality reviews and implement improvements based on lessons learned.
• Manage project budgets and schedules, ensuring delivery within constraints.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement within teams.
• Implement best practices in portfolio, program, and project management.

Skills

• Extensive experience in IT project management with strong stakeholder interaction.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in large organizations.
• Experience in operational technology, particularly in asset protection or security.
• A completed four-year degree is required.

Preferred Skills

• PMP certification and expertise in Project and Portfolio Management methodologies.
• Experience with change management and risk management in dynamic settings.
• Strong decision-making skills and emotional intelligence in high-pressure scenarios.
• Excellent communication skills for translating technical language into business terms.
