Product Owner – Device Management (MDM)

As Product Owner of Device Management, you will be accountable for understanding and prioritizing Product lines with their needs for Device Management platforms in the feature backlog to then allot the appropriate features to the roadmap based on the defined AC&M product vision. The Product Owner will collaborate closely with Marketing, product development teams, and Global IT teams to synthesize needs into features for delivery in a release.

This role is a key liaison and product owner between Product Development teams and IT platforms teams.

• Accountable for intake of needs from Marketing and closely connecting with customers to understand the value and problem to solve.
• Work with Global IT Device Management teams to implement features as required by the product roadmap.
• Deeply engage with customers and internal product owners to translate feedback into desired feature behavior.
• Ensure Agile releases continually build the right things and build them right.
• Apply a customer‑centric mindset and design‑thinking tools in partnership with Product and Marketing teams to guide releases toward desirable, viable, feasible, and sustainable solutions.
• Understand product themes, vision, roadmap, and quantified value.
• Identify problems to be solved as the first element of design thinking.
• Manage and prioritize the team backlog so it aligns with customer and stakeholder needs.
• Collaborate with Device Management architects to define technical and design discovery required for features.
• Intake input, feedback, and insights from customers, stakeholders, and the scrum team to evaluate value and make informed decisions.
• Help Health Cast portfolio innovate digital solutions in the medical and home care space by engaging systems thinking.
• Collaborate with other leaders to ensure successful development, release, and launch of world‑class products (portfolios/programs).
• Act as an organizational collaborator on Digital Health enabled initiatives, leveraging cross‑disciplinary and globally distributed teams to craft high‑quality products and services that customers love and drive preference.

• 5+ years of technical experience with Device Management (Work Space One, Airwatch, or similar MDM platform).
• 5+ years experience in the medical device industry in systems, digital, or software development with a proven track record.
• Experience in 5+ major product or portfolio releases.
• Experience managing multiple products simultaneously and ensuring quality, releasable outputs.
• Strong knowledge of Agile methodology (nice to have).
• Experience in a regulated product industry (nice to have).
• Ability to quickly understand complex system behaviors, engineering problems, technical, and architectural constraints.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with an aptitude for convincing others, both internally and externally, of the value of ideas.
