Senior IT Product Management Analyst – Intelligent Process Automation & Mining
Location:
Mounds View, Minnesota. Role is onsite 4 days a week at Medtronic facility.
- Co‑create and drive the vision for the Intelligent Process Automation & Mining capability.
- Deliver key input to the product roadmap and backlog, ensuring requirements and acceptance criteria (business, functional, non‑functional) are incorporated.
- Lead release communication and stakeholder management to deliver the promise of Data & AI for consistent digital transformation.
- Act as the driver and subject‑matter expert for Intelligent Process Automation and Process Mining, shaping roadmap and deliverables under limited supervision of the principal product owner.
- Coach and review the work of junior specialists and partners, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Ensure solutions add value and can scale Medtronic’s use of automation and mining solutions across businesses, regions and functions.
- Maintain solution and architecture standards to maximize efficiency and platform compatibility.
- Coordinate delivery of projects and services at the enterprise level.
- Research and present proof of value for related technology industry and market trends to influence strategic direction.
- Implement continuous improvement methodologies to increase platform value, quality and stability.
- Bachelor’s degree and 4+ years of experience with a bachelor’s degree or 2+ years of experience with an advanced degree.
- Experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager; certification preferred (e.g., CSPO, SAFe POPM).
- Strong analytical, critical thinking, collaboration, influencing and communication skills.
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, including GenAI, agentic AI, and conversational AI, within process automation.
- Knowledge of enterprise automation & mining platforms (e.g., UiPath, Celonis).
- Broad knowledge of enterprise data platforms (e.g., Databricks, Snowflake, AWS, Microsoft Azure).
- Strong verbal, written, and presentation skills in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a global, virtual organization.
- Previous Medtronic experience.
- Experience in the medical device industry or other regulated industry.
- Strong technical acumen and decision‑making skills across all organizational levels.
- Experience mentoring and developing team members.
- Deep knowledge of enterprise integration platforms (e.g., web Methods).
Salary range for U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico): $97,600.00 – $ USD. Position eligible for short‑term incentive called the Medtronic Incentive Plan (MIP).
