North Central, a division of Scipi Companies, is seeking a hands‑on Prep & Support Technician to assist shop operations and vehicle detailing at our Mounds View location in the Twin Cities area.

Mounds View, MN – part of the Twin Cities local market.

• Prepare vehicles for delivery and repair: detail, inspect, fuel, and document.
• Support shop efficiency through staging jobs, organizing materials, cleaning work areas, and managing internal supply movement.
• Assist with equipment assembly and installation, including transport of parts and supplies.
• Move and deliver vehicles as needed to support shop operations and customer fulfillment.

Wage range: $20 – $24 per hour. Eligible for the company’s Tech Incentive bonus.

• Strong problem‑solving, multitasking, and organizational/time‑management skills.
• Detail‑oriented with high accuracy.
• Proficiency in MS Office, Google Docs, and parts lookup systems.
• Effective communication and collaborative teamwork across all levels and external partners.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Driver’s license with a good driving record.

• Delivery driving experience.
• CDL or ability to obtain within six months of employment.
