Job Title:Warehouse Generalist
We are seeking a collaborative warehouse team member at our Parts Midwest Mounds View location to support shipping and receiving operations. This role is part of the Scipi Family of Companies, a 100% employee‑owned business.
LocationParts Midwest Mounds View – Twin Cities gateway, close to I‑35W and Mounds View Blvd. City is surrounded by Blaine, Arden Hills, New Brighton, Fridley, and Spring Lake Park.
Base PayHourly range of $19.00 – $23.00 per hour.
Position DescriptionThis position is responsible for performing the shipping and receiving functions of our warehouse products and ensuring efficient, accurate, and safe operations.
Essential Functions- Warehouse Operations: receive and stock merchandise, fill customer orders, and ship products
- Workflow Management & Organization: maintain strong organization, adapt to shifting tasks, and support efficient workflow across multiple functions
- Quality Standards: consistently demonstrate precision and attention to detail in all assigned tasks
- Workplace Standards: maintain a clean work environment, live the company values, collaborate in a team setting, and perform additional duties as assigned
- Ownership in the company through our Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP)

- Valid Class D Driver’s License
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Pass a pre‑employment drug screen and physical
- At least 1 year of warehouse experience
- Forklift and/or reach truck experience
- Prior experience working with tires or wheels
- Ability to be on feet 8 hours/day on cemented floor
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs. with proper lifting tools and techniques
- Ability to work in dusty environments and variable climate conditions
- Overtime as required by fluctuating warehouse needs
