Lead Associate ; Key Holder

Job Description

Lead Associates provide store leadership in the absence of a Store Manager or Assistant to the Manager, demonstrating a commitment to friendly customer service and teamwork. They must show integrity, resourcefulness, and enjoy a varied and fast‑paced environment.

• Close the store, reconcile cash with daily sales reports, and secure the facility for the night.
• Prepare and maintain records of store operations, including daily sales reports, cash deposits, and opening/closing reports, and conduct inspections when necessary.
• Operate the cash register and provide customer service.
• Receive, price, and stock donations. Receivers may occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds and frequently lift and carry 10 to 35 pounds.
• Hang, inspect, and tag textile and clothing in a production‑style setting.

• Education:
  
  High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Experience:
  
  Lead or supervisory experience required.

• Hours:
  
  Associates should be available to work most store hours, especially evenings and weekends. Stores are open Monday through Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m., and open at 11:00 a.m. on Sunday.
