This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Service Representative located in Atlanta, GA and surrounding areas. The Sales Service Representative will handle tasks such as assisting customers with inquiries, providing product and service information, managing client relationships, and identifying sales opportunities. Responsibilities also include collaborating with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

• Proficiency in customer service and client relationship management
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including active listening
• Experience in sales activities, including identifying sales opportunities and closing deals
• Organizational and time-management skills for processing orders and managing administrative tasks
