Salary Range: $37,400.00 To $40,000.00 Annually

We are seeking a Junior Service Technician to join our team in Mount Airy, NC! This is active, hands-on work that involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining high-end production equipment to help keep businesses operating at their best.

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain production print systems
• Perform routine maintenance and adjustments to ensure top performance
• Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, and basic networking issues
• Document service activity clearly and accurately
• Build strong relationships with customers through reliable, professional service
• Complete online and in-person training programs to build technical expertise
• Travel by car and plane to provide service support across multiple states

• Mechanically inclined you enjoy working with your hands and problem-solving
• Dependable and professional
• Basic computer skills
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Willing and able to travel frequently to service customer sites
• Comfortable working independently in customer environments after training

  Monday through Friday, 8AM-5PM
