Millennium Charter Academy is seeking a dependable, safety-minded School Bus Driver to join our team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a consistent driving schedule, meaningful work, and the chance to be part of a welcoming school community.

Unlike traditional school bus routes, our drivers do not make house-to-house stops. Millennium Charter Academy operates several established routes with designated community pickup and drop-off locations, including:

• Rural Hall
• King
• Pinnacle
• Pilot Mountain

Drivers are responsible for safely transporting students to and from Millennium Charter Academy while providing a positive and professional experience for our students and families.

• Safely operate a school bus on an assigned morning and afternoon route
• Pick up and drop off students at designated route stops
• Maintain a safe and orderly environment on the bus
• Complete required pre-trip and post-trip safety inspections
• Follow all applicable school transportation and safety requirements
• Communicate professionally with students, parents, and school staff
• Maintain dependable and punctual attendance

• Valid driver's license and ability to meet North Carolina school bus driver licensing requirements
• Safe driving record
• Dependable, punctual, and responsible
• Ability to work well with children and families
• Strong commitment to student safety
• CDL/school bus driving experience is a plus
