RESPONSIBILITIES
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. This includes responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
- Promote successful and long-lasting customer relations.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Self-Sufficient Demonstrates the ability to work independently, take initiative, and solve problems without constant supervision.
- Organizational Skills Maintains structured processes and systems to manage workload, track progress, and ensure accuracy in all tasks.

Compensation $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
