Responsibilities- 100% Outpatient Practice:
Focus solely on outpatient care, allowing you to provide patient-centered medicine - Collaborative & Supportive Team:
Work alongside 10 experienced Family Medicine physicians who foster a respectful, collegial culture rooted in shared knowledge and teamwork - Meaningful Patient Relationships:
Manage a balanced patient load of 16-20 per day, giving you time to build connections and deliver thoughtful, individualized care - Ideal Work-Life Balance:
Enjoy a flexible 4-day workweek designed to maximize your personal time and reduce burnout - Partnership track
