• 12 months of role experience is required with some in the last 12 months.
• Must have at least 36 months of Telemetry Unit experience.
• 3 months of travel experience is required from any number of months.
• 3 months of experience with Paragon is preferred from any number of months.

• Candidates must have a Michigan license (required for submission).
• This role may require floating to additional units and locations
• Local & travel allowed. Candidates living < 35 miles from facility will be processed as local.
• COVID vaccination required after submission. Religious and medical declinations accepted.
• 6 months gap required between for Per Diem at Facility:
  McLaren Macomb and no current placement allowed at Program: AHSA Program - McLaren Health Care.

• Floating Requirements:
  Will float to the tele units: CSU, 3 South, 4 South and Med Surg: 3 West, 4 West and IPR
• 7 days maximum time off
