We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Systems Analyst to join our global supply chain team. In this on‑site role at our World Headquarters in Ada, Michigan, you will support and enhance our JD Edwards (JDE) platform, the backbone of our worldwide sales and distribution operations. Your work will focus on improving efficiency, automating processes, and ensuring the smooth flow of transactions between warehouses, affiliates, and partner systems.

• Collaborate with global business teams in the US, Europe, and Asia to understand needs and provide system support.
• Investigate and resolve production issues related to sales orders, purchase orders, and inventory transactions.
• Identify opportunities for process automation and design solutions using JDE tools such as Orchestrator.
• Translate business needs into clear technical requirements and user stories for our development partners.
• Participate in testing for system enhancements, integrations, and upgrades.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on JDE Sales, Logistics, and Inventory processes for projects and initiatives.

• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Systems Analyst or Business Analyst working directly with JD Edwards.
• In-depth functional knowledge of JDE modules, specifically Sales, Logistics, and Inventory.
• Demonstrated experience in documenting requirements, supporting users, and troubleshooting system issues.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems, Business, or a related field.

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.
• A collaborative mindset and experience working with cross‑functional and global teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience with JDE Orchestrations, User Defined Objects (UDOs), or Object Management Workbench (OMW) is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with manufacturing or finance processes within JDE is also beneficial.
