About This Role

We are looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Litigation Legal Assistant who thrives in a face-paced environment and will take pride in producing accurate and high-quality work. This role provides critical support to attorneys handling municipal, civil litigation, and real estate matters.

In this role you will:

  • Apply your associate or bachelor's degree from an accredited college, or equivalent professional experience along with your professionalism to support a team of attorneys
  • Utilize your written communication skills to draft, format, proofread, and finalize pleadings, correspondence, litigation documents, and local government documents
  • Apply strong organizational skills to prepare and electronically file documents in state and federal courts, organize internal documents and files, and client communications utilizing Office 365 and iManage document management system
  • Manage attorney calendars and client communications including hearings, depositions, meeting scheduling and critical deadlines
  • Support attorneys with your exceptional attention to detail with billing coordination, time management entry, case organization, document management, trial preparation, and other general administrative and litigation-related support
