• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must be legally permitted to work in the United States
• Minimum of 2+ years of experience in managing sales support teams
• Proven ability to drive operational metrics and process improvements
• Minimum of 2+ years of previous leadership experience

• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with CRM tools (e.g., , Microsoft suite)
• Strong leadership and coaching skills
• Experience in customer‑focused roles and servicing customer needs
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
