Schedule:

1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM Starting Pay: $25 to $30

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced CNC Lathe Programmer with 10+ years of experience to join our team. This position requires strong programming skills at the machine using Mazak Machines and Programs as well as the ability to set up and operate CNC lathes in a job shop environment.

Responsibilities:

• Program CNC lathes at the machine using Mazaks/Mazatrol.
• Read and interpret blueprints to ensure part accuracy.
• Perform setups and make necessary adjustments.
• Change cutting tools and perform quality checks on parts.
• Work with a variety of components in a job shop setting (prototype to short/medium runs).
• Maintain high-quality standards and precision.
• Work Monday – Friday with 50-55 hours per week (OT available).

Qualifications:

• 10+ years of CNC Lathe programming experience (preferred).
• Proficiency with Mazak Machines
• Fanuc Controls and G&M code programming is a plus
• Experience in a job shop environment running various components.
• Strong blueprint reading and part inspection skills.
• Ability to perform setups and tool changes efficiently.
