Are you passionate about ensuring customers receive the highest quality products they love? Join our rapidly expanding team as a Shipping Associate at our Mt. Clemens facility. As an integral part of our shipping team, you'll play a crucial role in our operations.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Picking, packing, unloading, sorting, stocking, and maintaining inventory.
• Participating in daily shipping team meetings.
• Assisting in the management of Fed Ex Ground shipments.
• Building palettes and boxes as required.
• Performing general housekeeping duties.
• Maintaining basic knowledge of materials, colors, and product lines.

• 8 hour shifts, Monday to Friday
• Saturday availability based on service needs (subject to change)

• High School Diploma or Equivalent

To excel in this role, you should have:

• Ability to lift 50 pounds frequently and stand for 8-10 hours a day
• You must have previous picking and packing experience to be considered
• Prior manufacturing/production experience preferred
• Hi-Lo experience or trained Hi-Lo Operator preferred
• Experience with ERP manufacturing software (e.g., Global Shop Solutions, SAP) a plus
• Previous experience in a manufacturing/shop setting or shipping via Fed Ex Ground desirable

• Exposure to dust, noise, and machinery may be present
• Proper personal protective equipment (PPE) will be provided and required
