• Run our socials like a pro — Instagram, Tik Tok, Linked In, X, and more.
• Craft content that pops and shows off our culture.
• Jump on viral trends, reply with personality, and own your creative space.
• Collaborate on campaigns that turn heads and drive engagement.
• Use platforms like Linked In and Indeed to recruit fresh sales talent.
• Reach out, network, and keep those candidate convos fun and human.
• Track what’s working, test new ideas, and celebrate those wins.

• A social-first creative who basically thinks in Reels and memes.
• Confident with Canva or Adobe Suite (bonus if you can edit on the fly).
• Trend‑savvy, organized, and quick to turn chaos into content gold.
