Upper Great Lakes Family Health (UGLFH) is seeking an On-Call Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for Pediatrics in Hancock, Michigan
. Our clinics are designated Health Professional Shortage Areas (HPSAs) that qualify for federal loan repayment program. Competitive compensation and benefits with signing bonus and/or relocation potential. Must be licensed or eligible for license in the State of Michigan. DEA required.

• State of Michigan NP or PA licensure
• Acute Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner OR current speciality certification as a Primary Care Pediatric Nurse Practitioner
• Two years of inpatient pediatric APP experience
