Registered Nurse – Emergency Room (Nights)

Mount Clemens, MI

Contract | Night Shift | Onsite

• Assess the physical, psychosocial, and educational needs of patients upon admission and throughout care.
• Plan and implement individualized nursing care based on patient and family needs.
• Make appropriate clinical interventions based on individual patient assessments and responses.
• Evaluate patient responses to nursing interventions and adjust care plans accordingly.
• Direct, coordinate, and delegate activities to foster patient- and family-centered care.
• Maintain standards for professional nursing practice in collaboration with the broader healthcare team.

• Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Michigan.
• Minimum of 3 years of Emergency Room nursing experience (required).
• TNCC (Trauma Nursing Core Course) or ENPC (Emergency Nursing Pediatric Course) certification (required).
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association.
• ACLS certification through the American Heart Association.

• Experience working in a high-volume or Level II Trauma Center emergency department.
• Familiarity with tertiary hospital environments and multidisciplinary care teams.

• Work in one of the region's busiest emergency centers within a verified Level II Trauma Center offering a full range of advanced clinical services.
