• Setting: ER travel nursing assignment in a hospital environment

• Deliver direct nursing care to ER patients using the nursing process
• Assess physical, psychosocial, and educational needs; develop and implement care plans
• Administer medications and interventions; monitor responses and adjust care as needed
• Coordinate with physicians, specialists, and the health care team to ensure patient-centered care
• Document accurately; maintain patient safety, infection control, and discharge planning

• Active RN license in Michigan
• 3+ years of ER nursing experience
• TNCC or ENPC certification required
• BLS (AHA) and ACLS (AHA) certifications
• Ability to work nights and adapt to a high-acuity ER environment
• Education:
  
  nursing degree from an approved program and eligibility for Michigan licensure
