Performs hourly rounding to address pain, position, personal needs, and possessions;
Answers telephone and call lights promptly and relays information to staff;
Assists nursing staff with patient care including bed making, baths, feeding, oral care, vital signs, glucose testing, and mobilization/ambulation;
Keeps rooms and work areas clean and ensures patient privacy and dignity
