In collaboration with the Bistro Manager and Concierge, the Bistro Associate is responsible for providing the best culinary experience and ensuring satisfaction is a top priority. Our patients look forward to their meals every day and we look forward to providing them with great food that invokes happiness and joy.
You will earn- Starting Wage: $17.00 per hour
- PLUS Hero Pay ($0.85 per hour)

- All shifts include rotating weekends & some holidays
- Assist in the planning, developing, organizing, implementing, and evaluating the functioning of the Bistro, its programs, and activities.
- Prepare, cook, and deliver an EPIC food and beverage service program while maximizing customer satisfaction.
- Assist in the coordination of food-related activities with other departments.
- Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every daily interaction with guests, their families, and visitors. Through kind words and encouragement, promote a positive, healthy environment for healing and thriving.
- Serv Safe and Allergen Trained
- Starbucks Barista trained
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills necessary to provide Bistro services
- Knowledge of food service laws, regulations and guidelines governing dietary functions in nursing care facilities and food service establishments
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills and strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated ability to interact effectively with residents, families, physicians, and staff
- Downtown Romeo
- 2 blocks south of 32 Mile Road
- Right off M-53/Vandyke Expressway
- Along the Macomb-Orchard trail, just behind St. Clement church
