Join our team at The Engine house Bar and Grill in Mount Clemens, MI! We are looking for a dedicated Executive Chef to oversee our culinary operations. If you are passionate about food and have experience in restaurant management, this is the perfect opportunity for you.

• Ensure food quality meets our standards
• Manage back of house operations
• Oversee restaurant operations and sanitation
• Implement food and beverage management strategies
• Handle cooking, ordering, staffing, and cost management

• Experience in restaurant management
• Serv Safe Certified with knowledge of food safety regulations
• Strong understanding of cost management and inventory control
• Ability to coach and train staff effectively
• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Experience in events management
• Fluency in English
• Knowledge of retail operations
