Office Associate - State Farm Agent Team Member

I am a local State Farm Insurance Agent seeking an outgoing, customer-focused individual who enjoys working with the public. This role offers development in business leadership, industry and State Farm business acumen, and sales and marketing experience, with mentoring to help prepare you for a potential career as a State Farm agent. You will learn from an experienced agent, see what it's like to run a business, and help grow an agency.

• Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers as needed.
• Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. This includes responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
• Work with the agent to set and meet marketing goals.
• Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
