Maintain and repair machinery, plumbing, electrical wiring, and the physical structure of housing units, and hospital facilities.;
Perform preventive maintenance on patient beds, stretcher carts, furniture and equipment.;
Inspect machinery and mechanical equipment for defects and repairs whenever possible.;
Test, replace, and install electrical devices and fixtures.;
Prepare order forms for tools and supplies necessary for maintenance and repairs.
