Delivery Specialist - Hub at O'Reilly Auto Parts

Deliver parts and/or products to O'Reilly stores and distribution centers in a safe and efficient manner. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

• Drive company vehicle to deliver parts and products to stores and/or distribution center.
• Maintain a daily city route manifest and pick up/sign for stock transfers at each stop on the set route.
• Secure the fleet/fuel card, vehicle, and keys; check fluid levels and log mileage before operating the vehicle.
• Report vehicle maintenance needs and ensure the vehicle is locked and secure at the end of the day.
• Comply with accident report guidelines and coordinate with the city delivery supervisor on any delays.
• Verify invoices and route manifests with designated team members at each store; achieve a professional image to maintain positive customer relations.
• Clock in/out according to company policy.

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Good interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt quickly and effectively to changing delivery situations.
• Driving record that meets the company 14/18-point system.

• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).
