Collaborate with Business Development, Estimating, and Operations teams to align pricing strategies and contract structures with business objectives.
Interface with utility procurement teams, vendors, and subcontractors to support bid preparation and contract execution.
Communicate project status, risks, and pricing considerations clearly to internal stakeholders.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners throughout the bid and contract lifecycle.
Contribute to continuous improvement of estimating, bidding, and contract management processes.
Maintain and update supplier and subcontractor databases to support efficient estimating and procurement.
Support training and mentoring of junior team members in estimating and contract administration processes.
