Compensation
—In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for an annual bonus, incentives, and equity. Actual compensation is based on industry salary ranges, internal salary structures, experience, skills, and other job‑related factors.

We’re looking for a Universal Banker for our Mount Dora office who will be one of the front faces of the bank and our customer’s go‑to person for service excellence and consultative management of their banking needs. This role combines the precision of teller transactions with the energy of sales and relationship‑building, giving you the opportunity to engage customers across multiple channels—whether in person, online, or over the phone.
