Paraprofessional Positions

Experience working with children in an educational, childcare, or related setting preferred. Ability to support students academically, socially, emotionally, and behaviorally in accordance with individual student needs. Ability to work collaboratively with teachers, administrators, related service providers, and families. Strong communication, patience, flexibility, and problem-solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality regarding student information and records. Ability to follow teacher direction and implement instructional and behavioral supports.

Commitment to creating a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment for all students. Ability to assist students with classroom routines, transitions, organization, and daily activities as needed. Previous experience working with children with autism or other developmental delays preferred. Experience in Applied Behavior Analysis preferred.
